Over all a good experience. Were were cycle touring and the staff was very helpful with our luggage and bicycle storage.

Barbara at the front desk was super helpful. We were in St. Jerome to cycle on the Ptit Du Nord and she provided lots of information on that plus local restaurants and taxis. The morning breakfast was takeaway but very nice including quiche and gourmet muffins. Not the usual cheap continental fare.

The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. No arm chair to sit in though just a desk chair.

The lady at the front desk that check us in, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and served by great staff.

The clerk at my arrival was wonderful. She explained everything I needed to know about the hotel had a smile, she was just wonderful

Nice breakfast and good location for our Petit Train Du Nord bike ride. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Really close to the race start, staff were knowledgeable of catering to runners and even let me take a quick shower when I got back even if it was 15 minutes to checkout time. Bed was comfy the bathroom clean and well lit.
